SFS Financial Statements definition
SFS Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of SFS as of December 31, 1997, 1996 and 1995 and the consolidated statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of SFS for each of the three years ended December 31, 1997, 1996 and 1995 as filed by SFS in its Securities Documents, and (ii) the consolidated balance sheets of SFS (including related notes and schedules, if any) and the consolidated statements of income, changes in stockholders' equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of SFS included in the Securities Documents filed by SFS with respect to the periods ended subsequent to December 31, 1997.
