  • The required adjustment to the Maturity Price shall be made by multiplying each of the Closing Prices used in determining the Maturity Price by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Share Component in clause (c) of the Payment Rate Formula immediately after such adjustment pursuant to subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii) and the denominator of which shall be the Share Component in clause (c) of the Payment Rate Formula immediately before such adjustment.
