Share Component definition

Share Component has the meaning given to that term in section 56 of the WM Act. State: means the State of New South Wales.

  • Subject to the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee, which retains all decision-making authority with regard to the establishment, administration and continuation of the benefits described below, Executive will continue to be eligible for participation in the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “LTI Plan”), which currently includes a Performance Share Component (the “Performance Share Plan”), and a Stock Option Component (the “Stock Option Plan”).

  • Cash Component means the difference between the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising an Application Unit and the Application Basket Value.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.

  • Service Component means an individual component of a Service provided under this Agreement.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Capital components means those items, whether or not a part of the common area, for which the association has the obligation for repair, replacement or restoration and for which the board of directors determines funding is necessary.
