Share deposit definition

Share deposit means a balance that is established and maintained by a person at a credit union that confers membership rights to that person.
Share deposit means that number of BioMarin Shares with an aggregate value, as of the Effective Date, of $25 million, as measured by the average closing sales price per BioMarin Share over the twenty trading days ending May 12, 2004.
Share deposit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.7(a) hereof.
