Share Equivalent definition

Share Equivalent means any stock, warrants, rights, calls, options or other securities exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, shares of Common Stock.

Share Equivalent means a bookkeeping entry representing a right to the equivalent of one Share.

• For purposes of this Section 11(a)(iii), the value of the Common Shares will be the Current Per Share Market Price of the Common Shares on the Section 11(a)(ii) Trigger Date and the value of any Common Share Equivalent will be deemed to have the same value as the Common Shares on such date.

More Definitions of Share Equivalent

Share Equivalent means a Unit (or fraction thereof, if authorized by the Committee) substantially equivalent to a hypothetical Share, credited to the Participant and having a value at any time equal to the FMV of a Share (or fraction thereof) at such time.
