Share Plan Account definition

Share Plan Account means the account which we open to hold your cash (through a bank as described in clause 2.15) and Securities under the Share Plan Account Service;
Share Plan Account means an account established within the trust fund described in Section 54-62 to hold contributions made pursuant to this section, designated for an employee. Such accounts will not be allocated earnings or losses, nor shall any expenses be allocated to Share Plan Accounts. The Share Plan Accounts will be notional (i.e., “book”) accounts overseen by the trustee and pension board.
Share Plan Account means the account which we open to hold your cash (through a bank described in Part C) and Securities under the Service;

Examples of Share Plan Account in a sentence

  • Any Vested Securities that are not sold immediately following, and resulting from, the Vesting of your Awards will continue to be held in your Share Plan Account.

  • These may be different to those in the UK where the Share Plan Account Service is provided to you by CIS UK or those in the United States of America where the Share Plan Account Service is provided to you by CTCNA and your rights in the event of insolvency may be reduced.

  • Once that transfer is complete we will then no longer hold the Vested Securities for you and these terms and conditions will no longer apply to those Securities and the Share Plan Account will no longer be made available to you.

  • If you sell or transfer some of your Vested Securities we will assume you wish to continue to hold the remaining Vested Securities in the Share Plan Account unless you notify us otherwise.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Option(s) or Award(s) that you may have pursuant to a Share Plan will not be held on your behalf within the Share Plan Account – you hold such Option(s) or Award(s) yourself.

  • The prices at which the Securities are purchased may vary between transactions in which case deal prices will be averaged with all Share Plan Account participants receiving the same price and this may operate to your advantage or disadvantage.

  • The Limited Partnership structure is a model used to deliver such funds across the UK and will provide a robust framework to deliver the Green New Deal Fund as originally envisaged by NTCA Cabinet, provide the ability to demonstrate the effectiveness of this investment model.

  • Any Vested Securities that are not sold following, and resulting from, the exercise of your Option will continue to be held in your Share Plan Account.

  • Where applicable, we will send all cheques to the address that we held for you when you started using the Share Plan Account Service or the latest address that you have given us.

  • To the extent permitted by law and regulation any deals that we have accepted but that have not settled prior to the Share Plan Account Service being withdrawn will be completed.


More Definitions of Share Plan Account

Share Plan Account means a nominee service account which holds cash and Securities governed by separate terms and conditions;
Share Plan Account means the account which we open to hold your cash (through a bank described in Part C) and Securities or, in the case of a SIP Plan or an APSS Plan, the account which we open to enable you to sell your SIP Securities or APSS Securities (as appropriate) under the Service;
Share Plan Account means the account which we open to hold your cash (through a bank as described in clause 2.27) and Securities under the Service;
Share Plan Account means the share plan account the operation of which is governed by a discrete set of terms and conditions;
Share Plan Account means the account which we open to hold your Shares under the Share Plan Account Service;

Related to Share Plan Account

  • Plan Account means the account established for each Participant pursuant to Section 8(a).

  • Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Share Account means the brokerage account established by the Agent for each Participant to which shares of Common Stock purchased under the Plan are credited in accordance with Section 9. The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Unit Account means a notional account opened and managed by Us for You, in which the Units are allocated following the receipt of the Premium from You and in which the Units are cancelled by Us for the purpose of paying the benefits or for recovering the applicable charges;

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • DSUs means the deferred share units granted under the DSU Plan;

  • Stock Fund means that portion of the Trust Fund consisting of Stock.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • Account Balance means, with respect to a Participant, an entry on the records of the Employer equal to the sum of (i) the Deferral Account balance, (ii) the Company Contribution Account balance, and (iii) the Company Restoration Matching Account balance. The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • Payroll Deduction Account means the bookkeeping account established for a Participant in accordance with Section 6.

  • Individual Account Means the account established and maintained under this Plan for each Participant in accordance with Section 4.01.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Share Premium Account means the share premium account established in accordance with these Articles and the Companies Act.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant’s Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.
