Share Redemption Program definition

Share Redemption Program means the General Partner’s program pursuant to which the General Partner’s stockholders who have held REIT Shares for at least one year may, under certain circumstances, be able to cause all or any portion of such REIT Shares to be redeemed by the General Partner.
Share Redemption Program means the share redemption program of the REIT Guarantor filed as Exhibit 4.5 to the REIT Guarantor's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009, as such share redemption program is amended from time to time (with Agent's prior written consent to the extent required under Section 9.9(b)).

More Definitions of Share Redemption Program

Share Redemption Program means the Fifth Amended and Restated Share Redemption Program of the Company, dated February 3, 2021, as amended and in effect as of the date of this Agreement.
