Shared Field definition

Shared Field means licenses, services or sales, directly or indirectly, to any United States state, territorial, municipal, educational or local Governmental Entity other than Existing Delta State and Local Contracts or Existing Ultra State and Local Contracts.
Shared Field means the use of pharmaceutical products containing or comprising Compounds in the treatment, diagnosis and/or prevention of any disease in humans for the Shared Indications.
Shared Field shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
