Shared Guarantee and Collateral Agreement definition

Shared Guarantee and Collateral Agreement means the Amended and Restated Guarantee and Collateral Agreement among each Shared Collateral Loan Party (other than the Newco Subordinated Guarantors) and the Shared Collateral Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Shared Guarantee and Collateral Agreement means the Shared Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, dated as of January 29, 2010, as amended and restated as of April 30, 2013, among the Ultimate Parent, DMHI, Dex Digital, RHDC, the Service Company and certain of their Subsidiaries, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Shared Collateral Agent, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • The Additional Grantor hereby represents and warrants that each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 4 of the Shared Guarantee and Collateral Agreement is true and correct on and as the date hereof (after giving effect to this Shared Collateral Assumption Agreement) as if made on and as of such date.
