Shared Product has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.2(a).

Shared Product means (a) the Initial Shared Product and (b) any other pharmaceutical product, medical therapy, preparation, substance, or formulation comprising or employing, in whole or in part, a Shared Agent.

More Definitions of Shared Product

Shared Product means a Program Product that is the subject of a Shared Program pursuant to a Co-Development and Co-Commercialization Agreement.
