Shared Product definition

Shared Product means (a) the Initial Shared Product and (b) if any Follow-On Product is deemed to be a Shared Product pursuant to Section 3.5, such Follow-On Product.

Shared Product has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.2(a).

Shared Product means (a) the Initial Shared Product and (b) any other pharmaceutical product, medical therapy, preparation, substance, or formulation comprising or employing, in whole or in part, a Shared Agent.

• Each Party will promptly pay the other Party its share of any such Shared Product Liability Costs after receipt of detailed supporting documentation evidencing such Shared Product Liability Costs.

More Definitions of Shared Product

Shared Product means a Program Product that is the subject of a Shared Program pursuant to a Co-Development and Co-Commercialization Agreement.
