Shareholder Committee definition

Shareholder Committee means the Council’s Operational Services Committee operating in accordance with clause 5; Shareholder Committee Meeting means a meeting of the members of the Shareholder Committee; Shares means the ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company; Subsidiary Undertaking means a subsidiary undertaking as defined in section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • This Agreement may be terminated at any time by the mutual written agreement of the LLC and the Class B Shareholder Committee.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.

  • ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;

  • Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
