Shareholder Majority definition

Shareholder Majority means holders representing at least 51% of the voting power of each of (i) the outstanding Series A Preferred Shares (voting as a single class on an as-converted basis), (ii) the outstanding Class A-2 Ordinary Shares and (iii) the outstanding Class A-1 Ordinary Shares.
Shareholder Majority means those Holders who hold in the aggregate in excess of 50% of the voting power of Registrable Securities outstanding from time to time.
Shareholder Majority means Shareholders having beneficial ownership of a majority of the Equity Securities beneficially owned by the Shareholders.
