  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

  • Electronic filing means a document that is filed under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format or the act of filing a document under securities legislation or securities directions in electronic format, as the context indicates;

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • QA means Quality Assurance.

  • Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.

  • Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Depository System Participant means any participant in the Depository’s book- entry system.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a).   • Post-consumer recovered material means any product used by a consumer, including a business that purchases the material, that has served its intended end use, and that has been separated or diverted from the solid waste stream for the purpose of use, reuse, or recycling.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
