Shareholding Ratio means "shareholding ratio" as defined in Article 27-23, Paragraph 4 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act; the same applies hereinafter. Shareholding Ratio means, as to any specified Shareholder, the ratio of the number of such Shareholder’s shares in the JV to all outstanding shares in the JV.
