Sharing Facilities means collectively the six Harrison Operating Facilities, the Northwest Stave River Facility, the Tretheway Creek Facility and the Big Silver Creek Facility;

Examples of Sharing Facilities in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall adopt a Risk Sharing Facility Operations Manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, setting out implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, financial management, and disbursement arrangements for purposes of the management and operations of Risk Sharing Facilities.

  • The Recipient shall, for the purposes of Risk Sharing Facilities, establish and maintain, in a financial institution acceptable to the Association, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association, and entrust the Risk Sharing Facility Agent to manage, on behalf of the Recipient, the Risk Sharing Facility Account.

  • The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with Section IV of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, as regards Risk Sharing Facilities, in accordance with Appendix II to this Agreement.

Related to Sharing Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
