Sharing Obligations definition

Sharing Obligations has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Collateral Trust Agreement.
Sharing Obligations means, collectively, (i) the Non-Sharing Obligations and (ii) the Senior Notes Obligations.

  • Cost Sharing Obligations mean those financial payment obligations incurred by HHSC in satisfaction of the Deductibles, Coinsurance, and Co-payments for the Medicare Part A and Part B programs with respect to Dual Eligible Members.

  • The MA Dual SNP must provide HHSC with the actuarial value for Medicare Cost Sharing Obligations for the projection period consistent with the CMS bid submission.

Sharing Obligations means, collectively, (a) the Collateral Trustee Fees, (b) the Second Lien Term Loan Obligations and (c) until (but only until) the Senior Note Lien Termination Time, the Senior Note Lien Obligations.

  • Existing Obligations means the “Obligations” under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Tax Exempt Obligations means any bond, note or other obligation issued by any person, the interest on which is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes.

  • Secured Hedging Obligations means all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of any Secured Hedging Agreement.

  • Refunded Obligations means, collectively, the Refunded Notes, if any, and the Refunded Bonds, if any, refunded by each Series.

  • Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender in respect of any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds.

  • Supporting Obligation means a letter-of-credit right or secondary obligation that supports the payment or performance of an account, chattel paper, a document, a general intangible, an instrument, or investment property.

  • Interest Swap Obligations means the obligations of any Person pursuant to any arrangement with any other Person, whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a floating or a fixed rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such other Person calculated by applying a fixed or a floating rate of interest on the same notional amount and shall include, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements.

  • Indemnity Obligations means all obligations of the Company to Indemnitee under this Agreement, including the Company’s obligations to provide indemnification to Indemnitee and advance Expenses to Indemnitee under this Agreement.

  • Permitted Swap Obligations means all obligations (contingent or otherwise) of any Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary existing or arising under Swap Contracts, provided that such obligations are (or were) entered into by such Person in the ordinary course of business for the purpose of directly mitigating risks associated with liabilities, commitments or assets held or reasonably anticipated by such Person, or changes in the value of securities issued by such Person in conjunction with a securities repurchase program not otherwise prohibited hereunder, and not for purposes of speculation or taking a “market view”.

  • Cross-Collateralized Group Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group. There are no Cross-Collateralized Groups included as assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date.

  • U.S. Obligations means non-redeemable securities evidencing an obligation to timely pay principal and/or interest in a full and timely manner that are direct obligations of the United States of America for the payment of which its full faith and credit is pledged.
