During any applicable support period, support for any such prior Release of the MPOWER Software that has been replaced or modified by General System Enhancements or by a subsequent Release shall be limited to correction of identified and reproducible defects in the Shelf Version of such prior Release from the published specifications therefor.

The version and release of the MPOWER Software so accepted by Customer shall be deemed the current Shelf Version.
In the event that the Shelf Version of the Phase of the Developed Software is found to be defective in such respects, and that notice with respect to such defect has been given as provided above, QSSI's sole obligation under this warranty is to respond promptly and to use all reasonable efforts to promptly remedy such defect within a reasonable time.
Client and QSSI shall each maintain copies of the Shelf Version in addition to any modified versions that may occur over time and the Shelf Version shall not be accessed, altered, modified or otherwise used.
QSSI's obligation under this warranty is solely with respect to the Shelf Version.
If the problem duplicated on the Shelf Version, QSSI shall use all reasonable efforts to promptly repair or correct the Shelf version in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
If the Shelf Version of the MPOWER Software fails to meet the warranty described in this Section 8.2 and Customer gives MPOWER notice thereof, MPOWER shall correct the failure, provided that Customer gives MPOWER derailed information regarding such failure.
Software provided by MPOWER will be compatible with, and will not materially diminish the features or functions of, or the specification of the Shelf Version of the MPOWER Software, and that the Shelf Version of the MPOWER Software will be compatible with the equipment described in the Documentation.
