Shelf Version definition

Shelf Version means the version of each Phase of the Developed Software which is Accepted by Client pursuant to Paragraph 7.1.
Shelf Version means the Releases of the MPOWER Software which are accepted by Customer pursuant to Section 4 herein.

Examples of Shelf Version in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the prior sentence, MPOWER's sole obligation hereunder shall be limited to correcting identified and reproducible Nonconformities in the Shelf Version of the MPOWER Software in accordance with Section 4 herein and the relevant portions of Exhibit 1 which deal with Definitions, Support and Time Frame for Resolution of issues logged through the MPOWER Help Desk.

  • During any applicable support period, support for any such prior Release of the MPOWER Software that has been replaced or modified by General System Enhancements or by a subsequent Release shall be limited to correction of identified and reproducible defects in the Shelf Version of such prior Release from the published specifications therefor.

  • QSSI's obligation under this warranty is solely with respect to the Shelf Version.

  • In the event that the Shelf Version of the Phase of the Developed Software is found to be defective in such respects, and that notice with respect to such defect has been given as provided above, QSSI's sole obligation under this warranty is to respond promptly and to use all reasonable efforts to promptly remedy such defect within a reasonable time.

  • Client and QSSI shall each maintain copies of the Shelf Version in addition to any modified versions that may occur over time and the Shelf Version shall not be accessed, altered, modified or otherwise used.
