Shell Capacity definition

Shell Capacity means the gross storage capacity of a tank for each respective Product, based upon its dimensions, as set forth in an applicable Terminal Service Order.

Shell Capacity means the shell capacity of the Facilities as set forth on, and adjusted in accordance with, Exhibit E-2.

Examples of Shell Capacity in a sentence

  • The Storage Services Fee shall be calculated using the per Barrel rate set forth on the initial Terminal Service Order executed effective as of the Commencement Date for the then-existing aggregate Shell Capacity of the tanks specified in such initial Terminal Service Order.

Shell Capacity means, each Month, the gross storage capacity of the Tank, based upon its dimensions, as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and in applicable Storage Facility Service Orders, as such capacity may be adjusted for such Month as provided herein.
Shell Capacity means, in respect of a tank, the shell capacity of that tank indicated in Schedule E of the Supply and Offtake Agreement.

Related to Shell Capacity

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition.

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

A multi-shift basis should be used if-it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.
