Shipping Criteria definition

Shipping Criteria means the criteria Instrument requirements contained in the approved PDR in effect at the time of intended shipment (such criteria being intended to verify fulfillment of the product requirements) to be applied by STRATEC in determining whether a Instrument is suitable for shipment to QTX. The Shipping Criteria for Instruments will be finalized and approved by both Parties in Phase 1.

  • Drug use test means a scientifically substantiated method to test for the presence of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs or the metabolites thereof in a person’s urine.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Business Criteria means any one or any combination of Income before Taxes, Net Income, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Pre-tax Margin, Free Cash Flow, Valuation or EPS.

  • Investment Criteria The criteria specified in Section 12.2(a).

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.
