Shipping Expenses definition
Shipping Expenses means the standard shipping fees and expenses chargeable by the specified carrier.
Shipping Expenses. All prices for orders placed with Centura hereunder are FOB Centura's point of origin, and Partner shall: (i) reimburse Centura for any shipping expenses incurred by Centura, and (ii) bear the risk of loss damage or theft for goods in transit to Partner.
