More Definitions of Shipping Request

Shipping Request means a request to ship Files to an Approved Investor in the form of Exhibit I or another form reasonably acceptable to the Custodian, to be completed by the Seller, signed by an Authorized Seller Representative and delivered to the Custodian as provided in Section 4.
