Shop Tenant definition

Shop Tenant means any Tenant that does not constitute a Major Tenant.
Shop Tenant shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Exhibit "H" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Shop Tenant means any Tenant that does not constitute a Major Tenant; provided, however, that the term “Shop Tenant” shall not include the Excluded Tenants or the rentable square footage covered by the Excluded Tenant Leases in the Shopping Center commonly known as The Family Center at Fort Union located in Midvale, Utah.

Examples of Shop Tenant in a sentence

  • In the event Seller is unable to provide an Estoppel Certificate from any Small Shop Tenant necessary to satisfy Seller's obligations in this subsection, Seller shall have the right, and Purchaser agrees to accept, Seller's Estoppel Certificate with respect to such tenant(s).

  • In addition, should Tenant exercise the early termination right with respect to the Interior Shop, Tenant agrees to pay a penalty based on the following scale, which scale is dependent on which year Tenant exercises such right.

  • Seller is reviewing the Coffee Shop Tenant’s qualifications to take assignment of the 101 Lease and, while Seller anticipates approving of the assignment of the 101 Lease to the Coffee Shop Tenant prior to the Closing Date, the review process is not yet complete.

  • If repairs are needed to the Building or Snack Shop, Tenant will notify County or its agent via email at ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or by phone at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, and County will cause such repairs and/or replacements as are necessary to correct such condition to be done within a reasonable period of time during County’s business hours, except in the event of an emergency, in which case County will expedite the response.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller may, upon completion of the review process described in Section 6(a)(5), approve of the assignment of the 101 Lease to the Coffee Shop Tenant.

  • The Donut Shop Tenant has sold its business to FROTH COFFEE AND TAP TRUCK LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (the “Coffee Shop Tenant”), but the Donut Shop Tenant did not comply with the assignment approval process required under the 101 Lease.

  • To exercise said early termination right to the Machine Shop and Composite Shop, Tenant shall provide Authority one hundred and eighty (180) days prior written notice with respect to the termination date.
