Shore Capital definition

Shore Capital means Shore Capital and Corporate Limited, the Company’s financial adviser and/or Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, the Company’s broker, as the context requires;
Shore Capital means Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 01850105, whose registered office is at Bond Street House, 14 Clifford Street, London W1S 4JU;
Shore Capital means Shore Capital and Corporate Limited (“SCC”) and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited (“SCS”), and references to Shore Capital refer to SCC and/or SCS, as the context admits;
