Shore Capital definition

Shore Capital means Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 01850105, whose registered office is at Bond Street House, 14 Clifford Street, London W1S 4JU;
Shore Capital means Shore Capital and Corporate Limited, the Company’sfinancial adviser and/or Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, the Company’s broker, as the context requires;
Shore Capital means together SCS and the Nomad.
