Short Form Class Notice definition

Short Form Class Notice or “Short Form Notice” means the summary form of notice of the Settlement that will be transmitted by email to Class Members and appear as the Publication Notice. The Short Form Notice shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 6.

Examples of Short Form Class Notice in a sentence

  • In the event that any Short Form Class Notice mailed to a potential Class Member is returned as undeliverable a second time, then no further mailing shall be required.

More Definitions of Short Form Class Notice

Short Form Class Notice means the notice of Settlement that will be mailed to the "Settlement Class Members," as defined herein, in substantially the same form as Exhibit "Cl." The "Short Form Class Notice" also will include a reference to a settlement website that shall be established, maintained and operated by the Claims Administrator consistent with this Settlement Agreement. The "Short Form Class Notice" mailed to each Settlement Class Member shall contain a unique claim number assigned to each Settlement Class Member which will provide for the automatic completion of certain portions of the claim form on the Settlement Website.
