Short-Form Eligible definition
Short-Form Eligible means the Company meets the eligibility criteria set out in NI 44-101 for the use of a Canadian Short Form Prospectus in connection with the applicable distribution.
Short-Form Eligible means the ability of the Corporation to file a short-form Prospectus under Canadian Securities Laws or a short-form Registration Statement on Form S-3 (or its equivalent) under U.S. Securities Laws;
