Short-term contract employee definition
Short-term contract employee means an officer with previous policing experience hired on a short-term basis to fill a specific need, such as to cover leaves of absence. The Employer agrees that short-term contracts or a series of short-term contracts shall not be used for the purpose of avoiding the hiring of full-time permanent employees.
Short-term contract employee means a Teacher who works either part or full time and whose contact hours in one year shall not exceed three hundred and twenty five (325).
