Short-Term Portion definition
Short-Term Portion means, with respect to a 2022 Series F Senior Mortgage Loan the terms of which require a 2022 Series F Mortgage Loan Mandatory Prepayment, the portion of the principal of such 2022 Series F Senior Mortgage Loan to be repaid by the related 2022 Series F Mortgage Loan Mandatory Prepayment.
Short-Term Portion means, with respect to a 2020 Series I Senior Mortgage Loan the terms of which require a 2020 Series I Mortgage Loan Mandatory Prepayment, the portion of the principal of such 2020 Series I Senior Mortgage Loan to be repaid by the related 2020 Series I Mortgage Loan Mandatory Prepayment.
Short-Term Portion means, with respect to the 2021 Series I Senior Mortgage Loan, the portion of the principal of the 2021 Series I Senior Mortgage Loan to be repaid by the related 2021 Series I Mortgage Loan Mandatory Prepayment.

For the purpose of determining adjusted Total Equity at the Closing, adjustments to the Corporation's balance sheet shall be made consistent with Exhibit B attached hereto, subtracting from current assets excess cash as determined by Corporation and those Fixed Assets identified as Corporate Furniture & Equipment (including a corporate automobile) and also subtracting Short-Term Portion Liabilities and Long-Term Portion Liabilities.
