Shorthand reporting definition

Shorthand reporting means the making of written symbols or ab- breviations in shorthand or machine shorthand writing of a verbatim record of any oral court proceedings, deposition, or proceedings before any grand jury, referee, or court commissioner, contemporaneous with the event.
Shorthand reporting means the making and transcribing of a verbatim record of any court proceeding, deposition, hearing or other matter where the verbatim record is required or requested by any court, grand jury, attorney or referee to be made by means of a written system of either manual or machine shorthand procedures.   • Verified Report means the report submitted by the Purchaser to the Head of the Purchaser setting forth its findings as to the existence of grounds or causes for termination and explicitly stating its recommendation for the issuance of a Notice to Terminate.
