SHUTLER WARRANTS definition
SHUTLER WARRANTS means the warrants to purchase 250,000 shares of Common Stock of SOV at a per share exercise price of not less than $.25 to Eugene Shutler under the Shutler Consulting Agreement.
SHUTLER WARRANTS means the warrants to purchase Common Stock of SOV at an exercise price not less than $.075 per share that SOV has agreed to issue to Eugene Shutler under the Shutler Consulting Agreement."
