Shuttle vehicle definition

Shuttle vehicle means a diesel-powered motor vehicle of any gross vehicle weight rating with a capacity of 10 or more passengers, routinely driving an average of 10 trips per day to or from airport terminals, marine terminals, and rail based stations.
Shuttle vehicle means a motor vehicle for carrying eight or more persons, exclusive of the driver, that is available for or providing a conveyance service, on an hourly basis or for fixed fee between given locations, and which is not equipped with a taxi meter.
