Sick Leave Pool definition

Sick Leave Pool or "pool" means the accumulated sick leave donated by employees for utilization in accordance with this Policy.

  • A Sick Leave Pool Committee shall be established to administer the District Sick Leave Pool.

  • Effective July 1, 2003, the maximum cumulative Sick Leave Pool benefit shall be ninety (90) working days (four (4) hours per day) for any participant during their career as an Educational Support Professional.

  • In cases of a documented medical condition requiring an extended absence from assigned duties, beyond the normal parameters of the Donated Sick Leave Pool, a Faculty member may request an additional thirty (30) days.
