Sign, Notice definition

Sign, Notice means a sign posted by either a public agency or private individuals intended to convey information of a legal nature pertaining to specific properties. Examples of notice signs include building permits, no trespassing notices, public hearing notices, and similar signs.

  • For illustration purposes only, if the western facing facade is the first of the two (2) facades to become available for installation of the Expansion Building Top Signage, then Landlord shall deliver Landlord's Building Top Sign Notice for the western facing facade, and if Tenant timely elects to install the Expansion Building Top Signage on the western facing facade then Tenant will not be entitled to any additional Landlord's Building Top Sign Notices thereafter.

  • As used herein, the “Shared Lobby Sign Conditions” shall mean the following: (A) that, as of the date of Tenant’s delivery of the Shared Lobby Sign Notice to Landlord, the sum of (1) the total square feet of Rentable Area leased by Tenant in the Building pursuant to this Lease, plus (2) the total square feet of Rentable Area leased by Tenant in the ▇▇▇▇ ▇.

  • Landlord shall only be obligated to deliver Landlord's Building Top Sign Notice once for each of the facades for the Expansion Building Top Signage (i.e., one such notice for the western facing facade and one such notice for the southern facing facade ).

  • Subject to the foregoing, Landlord shall look solely to Sublessee for the performance of all the obligations of Tenant under the Monument Addendum until receipt by Landlord from Sublessor of a Monument Sign Notice.
