Signal Degradation definition

Signal Degradation to Interference Protected Third Parties, as used herein and throughout the Lease, "Interference" with a transmitting activity shall mean a condition existing which constitutes interference within the meaning of the provisions of the applicable rules and regulations of the FCC as determined and/or measured by the standards of ANSI/EPA/TEA. Tenant acknowledges that the determination of what constitutes Interference and the appropriate actions to be taken to correct such Interference shall be at the sole discretion of Landlord.
