Signed Quotation definition

Signed Quotation means a goods, licence, services or work order agreed to and signed by both the Parties pursuant to this Master Services Agreement describing the specific Services to be provided by XDSL to the Customer, including all additional terms and conditions relating to such Service. The Signed Quotation for services are attached as Schedule 4;
Signed Quotation means a quotation produced by Eficode UK listing the nature of the Services together with the applicable Charges, signed and dated by authorised representatives of both Parties;
Signed Quotation means a quotation produced by Clearvision listing the nature of the Services together with the applicable Charges, signed and dated by both Parties;

Examples of Signed Quotation in a sentence

  • Provisioning of the Cloud Services will begin only after we receive and accept your Signed Quotation.

  • Emergency services will only function if your User(s) are using an approved device, equipment or software and after your Signed Quotation has been processed and you have received an emergency service confirmation.

  • We will provide any Implementation Services set out in the Signed Quotation.

  • During the Service Term, you and your Users may use the Cloud Servicesand Documentation solely for your internal businessoperations(and not forany form of redistribution or resale) in accordance with this Agreement and as set out in your Signed Quotation.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, wherepermitted ▇▇▇▇, you may (i) in a given month, increaseyour number of Users above andbeyondthe number of Userssetout inyour Signed Quotation providedthatyou pay us in arrears(asset out below)for such additional Usersat our then currentrate for such Entitlement, and (ii) asfurther detailed in Section 7.3, addadditional entitlements on a term coterminous with the Service Term in effect at the time.

  • Where you purchase Cloud Services that include our SIP Services, we will register the address (es) listed on your Signed Quotation as the address(es) where your Users will use Cloud Services and to which Emergency Services should be dispatched by default.


More Definitions of Signed Quotation

Signed Quotation means an ordering document signed and submitted by you to us or one of our Authorized Partners, detailing the Entitlements, Hardwareand Implementation Services whichyouhave ordered from us or our Authorized Partner, as applicable. “Service Term” means the Initial Service Term and Service Renewal Terms (as defined below), if any. “SIP Services” the session initiation protocol services over which voice communicationsare connected to the public switched telephone networkand delivered to you. “Site” meansaphysicallocation associated to aspecific streetaddress where Services arebeingprovided. “SOW” means a statement of work which we may agree to perform for you from time to time. “User” means your employees, consultants, contractors, or agents who you have authorized to use an Entitlement in support of your internal operations and given user logins and passwords. “User Content” means the information shared amongst Users or transmitted/received by a User(s) to/from a third party(s), via the Cloud Services (e.g. chats, files, voice- mails). “Use Records” means records pertaining to a User’s use of the Cloud Services (e.g. call log, chat log, shared files, presence history).
Signed Quotation means a signed copy of the quotation which may vary depending on how You place Your Order with Us.

Related to Signed Quotation

  • Full Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, each firm quotation obtained from a Dealer at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance equal to the Quotation Amount;

  • Written quotations means quotations referred to in paragraph 12(1)(b) of this policy.

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;

  • Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) means a document or documents containing the specification, and proposed terms and conditions issued to potential suppliers to solicit written Quotations.

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ) means the document(s) containing the Conditions of Quoting and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Scope of Services, Response Schedules and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting Quotations for the Services.
