Signed Quotation definition

Signed Quotation means a goods, licence, services or work order agreed to and signed by both the Parties pursuant to this Master Services Agreement describing the specific Services to be provided by XDSL to the Customer, including all additional terms and conditions relating to such Service. The Signed Quotation for services are attached as Schedule 4;
Signed Quotation means a quotation produced by Eficode UK listing the nature of the Services together with the applicable Charges, signed and dated by authorised representatives of both Parties;
Signed Quotation means a signed copy of the quotation which may vary depending on how You place Your Order with Us.

Examples of Signed Quotation in a sentence

  • Insofar as any term or condition in a Signed Quotation conflicts with the Master Services Agreement, the provisions of the Signed Quotation shall prevail to the extent only of that conflict.

  • Reference mass means the unladen mass of the vehicle increased by a uniform figure of 100 kg;
