Examples of Significance Threshold in a sentence
Except as set forth in Section 3.08 of the Disclosure Schedule or as would not result in a Loss to the Business that exceeds the Significance Threshold, the Seller has conducted and continues to conduct the Business in accordance with all Laws and Governmental Orders applicable to the Business and has obtained all necessary Governmental Approvals to conduct the Business as presently conducted.
The Seller owns or possesses from each appropriate Governmental Authority all permits, licenses, authorizations, approvals, quality certifications, franchises or rights issued by any Governmental Authority that are necessary to conduct the Business as presently conducted, except where the failure to obtain or have such permits would not result in a Loss to the Business that exceeds the Significance Threshold (collectively “Permits”).
