Significant Expense definition
Significant Expense has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(l).
Significant Expense means that the cost for retrofitting any single fixture is estimated to be more than one-half of one percent (1/2 %) of the market value of the property subject to transfer.
Significant Expense means an expense that is $10,000 or greater.
