Signing Certificate definition

Signing Certificate means a Public Key Cryptography certificate that provides authentication of the identity claimed by the certificate holder named in such certificate and create Digital Signatures.
Signing Certificate means an electronic certificate contains key using which a subscriber can sign various records, documents etc.
Signing Certificate means a certificate that is comprised of a signature verification Public Key that corresponds to a signing Private Key subject to the exclusive access of the Certificate Holder;
