Signing Mandate definition

Signing Mandate means: (i) the list of Authorised Signatories with their specimen signatures maintained by you with us (including any Authorised Signatory or representative of any deceased Joint Account Holder), and (ii) the list of persons authorised under any power of attorney or other form of authorisation acceptable to us, each as amended from time to time.
Signing Mandate refers to the mandate for operating joint account(s); “Software” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 15.1;

Examples of Signing Mandate in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Signing Mandate, we are not obliged to act on the instructions of any minor.

  • We shall have discharged our liability to all Joint Account Holders if we fulfil our obligations to any one or more of them regardless of the Signing Mandate.

  • For illustration purposes only, where an account is held by A and B with the Signing Mandate “A and/or B”, an account held by A or B alone or with the Signing Mandate “A and B” cannot be linked in the same Profile.
