Silver Maple means Silver Maple (2001), Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Nevada, USA, whether, for the avoidance of doubt, in its capacity as a guarantor under the Loan Documents, in its capacity as a guarantor under the BLL Loan Documents, in its capacity as a guarantor under the BLUSA GFG Loan Documents, in its capacity as a borrower under the BLUSA Maple Loan Agreement or in any other capacity.
