SIM Cards definition

SIM Cards means the IC cards with subscriber information records that are loaned pursuant to the Terms; SIM Cards include 4 types of SIM Cards, namely the Mini SIM Card(Normal Size SIM Card), microSIM Card, nanoSIM Card, and Multi-Cut SIM Card(3 in 1 SIM).
SIM Cards means subscriber information module card(s).
SIM Cards means the IC cards with subscriber information records that are loaned pursuant to the Terms; SIM Cards include three types of SIM Cards, namely the Xi-compatible SIM Card, Xi- compatible microSIM Card, and Xi-compatible nanoSIM Card.

  • The SIM Cards shall remain the property of the Network Operator at all times.

  • Subject to clause 9.2, Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to Equipment and SIM Cards from the time of delivery to Customer.

  • Subject to clause 7.1 you shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of unauthorised use of SIM Cards (including due to loss or theft), up to the time that you have notified us that such SIM Card is being used without your authorisation.

SIM Cards. The necessary card or cards bearing a unique serial number, used with a GSM (Digital) cellphone, which contains subscriber information and which when used with the appropriate equipment allows access to the Service. “Service Provider(s)” Any company, partnership, individual or other business offering a service which is the same as or similar to the Service.

Various components, functions, routines and/or portions of the ▇▇▇▇ may be protected by intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, designs, copyrights, trade secrets and one or more patents or pending patent applications (“IPR”). Customer is licensed to use such IPR, if any, only to the extent that such a license is required by Customer to install the ▇▇▇▇ on Customer’s devices in the manner intended by ExaDigm Wireless. No other rights are granted under such IPR and no right to repair or replace the ▇▇▇▇ is intended or provided and specifically, no right of reconstruction or repair is granted. If you purchased a SIM card or Activation Code and are using your own compatible device with the ExaDigm Service, it must be compatible, and not interfere with, our service, and must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. When activated on the ExaDigm Wireless Service your SIM card shall be uniquely identified to the installed hardware device and shall not be installed in any other device. You are responsible for ensuring that any compatible wireless terminal or other wireless device that you use is compatible with the ExaDigm wireless service and that the device meets all Federal laws and standards. SIM Cards means the SIM Cards and the associated mobile connectivity services set out in each Order Form;

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.
