Examples of SIM Cards in a sentence
The SIM Cards shall remain the property of the Network Operator at all times.
Subject to clause 9.2, Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to Equipment and SIM Cards from the time of delivery to Customer.
You shall notify us in writing within 10 working days of confirmation of our order acceptance if you do not receive the Equipment or SIM Card and following such notification, we shall replace damaged new Equipment or SIM Cards, Equipment lost or stolen in transit free of charge.
Subject to clause 7.2, you shall bear the risk of loss or damage to Equipment and SIM Cards from the time the delivery is made and the delivery note or system is signed.
Title to SIM Cards and all other Equipment remains with us at all times unless expressed otherwise in the Service Terms.
SIM Cards are not returnable once the packaging has been opened or the SIM Card is activated.
Following this notification, Vodafone shall replace such Equipment or SIM Cards free of charge.
For the avoidance of doubt, title in SIM Cards shall remain with us.
If we have not delivered the right Equipment and/or SIM Cards you must tell us within 5 Business Days of receipt and we will remedy the error at our cost.
Subject to clause 7.1 you shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of unauthorised use of SIM Cards (including due to loss or theft), up to the time that you have notified us that such SIM Card is being used without your authorisation.
