Similar Arrangements definition

Similar Arrangements means such other arrangements providing nonqualified deferred compensation subject to Code section 409A which, in the event of a violation of such section’s requirements, would be aggregated as a single type of plan as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(c).
