Examples of Simplified Process in a sentence

  • Interconnecting Customers who can demonstrate Facility compliance with IEEE Standard 1547.1, with the testing done by a nationally recognized testing laboratory, will be eligible for the Expedited Process, and may be eligible for the Simplified Process upon review by the Company.

  • In the event that a new Facility interconnects to the circuit that was the subject of the Group Study within 5 years, that Interconnecting Customer shall be assessed System Modification costs consistent with the Company’s line extension policy; however, new Interconnecting Customers in the Simplified Process shall be exempt from this required cost allocation.

  • Interconnecting Customers proposing to interconnect on area networks will have their Interconnection Applications reviewed under the Simplified Process or the Standard Process, depending on the proposed Facility type and/or size as described in the Interconnection Tariff.

  • A set of review screens have been developed to determine if the application fits the Simplified Process and are described below and detailed in Figures 1 and 2 with their accompanying notes.

  • Listed inverter based interconnections are intended to be reviewed promptly under a Simplified Process.

Simplified Process. – means the expedited procedure for evaluating an Interconnection Application available to small inverter-based systems that interconnect to the Distribution System.   • Bid Process means the process of selection of the Successful Bidder through competitive bidding and includes submission of Bids, scrutiny and evaluation of such Bids as set forth in the RFP.

  • Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Sale Process means all matters relating to the sale of the Business and the review of strategic alternatives with respect to the Business, and all activities in connection therewith, including matters relating to (a) the solicitation of proposals from and negotiations with third parties in connection with the sale of the Business or Excluded Assets or (b) the drafting, negotiation or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents, or the determination of the allocation of any assets or Liabilities pursuant to the foregoing agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby.

  • Disruption of the educational process means the interruption of classwork, the creation of disorder, or the invasion of the rights of a student or group of students.

"Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.
