Simplified Procurement Procedures definition
Simplified Procurement Procedures means the procurement procedures to be prepared by the Project Implementing Entity pursuant to Section III.4 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement, and to be followed by WCAs in the procurement of goods and services for the watercourse renovation schemes pursuant to the Community Participation Agreements.
