Single Certificate definition

Single Certificate. With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.
Single Certificate. A Certificate of any Class that evidences the smallest permissible Denomination for such Class, as set forth in Section 11.24.
Single Certificate. For purposes of Section 4.02, a hypothetical Certificate of any Class of Regular Certificates evidencing a $1,000 denomination.

Examples of Single Certificate in a sentence

  • In the case of information furnished pursuant to subclauses (i) through (iii) above, the amounts shall be expressed as a dollar amount per Single Certificate of the relevant Class.

  • A Single Certificate for the Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates represents a $250,000 Denomination.

  • A Single Certificate for the Class A-R Certificate represents a $100 Denomination.

  • In the case of information to be furnished pursuant to clauses (i) through (iv) above, the amounts shall be expressed as a dollar amount in the aggregate for all Certificates of each applicable Class and per Single Certificate.

Single Certificate. A Certificate with an Initial Certificate Principal Balance, or initial Notional Principal Balance, of $1,000 or, in the case of a Class of Certificates issued with an initial Class Certificate Principal Balance or initial Notional Principal Balance of less than $1,000, such lesser amount.
