Single event permit definition

Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.
Single event permit means single-event permit that allows the licensee to sell and allows the on-premises consumption of any alcohol (including beer) at a temporary event not to exceed one hundred twenty hours. This permit is available to a bona fide partnership, corporation, limited liability company, church, political organization, or incorporated association or to a recognized subordinate lodge, chapter or other local unit thereof that is conducting a civic or community enterprise or convention. The organization must have been in existence as a bona fide organization for at least one year prior to the date of application. The permit allows for cash bars and the sale of alcoholic beverages to the general public, or to the organization’s own invited guests for the duration of the event.
Single event permit means an event permit issued by the state that authorizes the storage, sale, offer for sale, furnishing, and consumption of liquor for a period not to exceed (a) 72 consecutive hours, or (b) 120 consecutive hours, as described on the permit.

Sec. 5.11 through 5.23. 2053 (104) "Sports center" is as defined by the commission by rule. 2054 (105) (a) "Staff" means an individual who engages in activity governed by this title: 2055 (i) on behalf of a business, including a package agent, licensee, permittee, or certificate 2056 holder; 2057 (ii) at the request of the business, including a package agent, licensee, permittee, or 2058 certificate holder; or 2059 (iii) under the authority of the business, including a package agent, licensee, permittee, 2060 or certificate holder. 2061 (b) "Staff" includes: 2062 (i) an officer; 2063 (ii) a director; 2064 (iii) an employee; 2065 (iv) personnel management; 2066 (v) an agent of the licensee, including a managing agent; 2067 (vi) an operator; or 2068 (vii) a representative. 2069 (106) "State of nudity" means: 2070 (a) the appearance of: 2071 (i) the nipple or areola of a female human breast;
Single event permit means a vending permit valid for a specific amount of time not to exceed thirty (30) continuous days.
