Single Family Detached definition

Single Family Detached means and refer to any building intended for use by a single family and not attached to any other building.
Single Family Detached means free-standing one-family dwelling units.
Single Family Detached means a detached dwelling unit on an individual lot principally used, designed, or adapted for use by a single family.
