Single Family definition

Single Family is a preface that means that a Mortgage Loan is secured by a Mortgage covering real property improved by a one-, two-, three- or four-family residence.

Single Family means one or more persons, each related to the other by blood, marriage or adoption, or a group of not more than three persons not all so related, together with his or their domestic servants, maintaining a common household in a dwelling.

Single Family means, for the purposes of this Agreement, of, from, or pertaining to, any
