Single-Node License definition

Single-Node License means the license type identified on the sales order or similar ordering document which permits the Licensee to use the Licensed Software on a single Licensed OZO Live Server.

Examples of Single-Node License in a sentence

  • Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Nokia hereby grants to Licensee, during the Term, a limited personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, license to use the Licensed Software on the number of Licensed OZO Live Servers (each owned or controlled by Licensee) identified in the sales order or similar ordering document as a Single-Node License or Multi-Node License for the sole purpose of broadcasting live Content.

  • Under the control of a Single-Node License, You may Install and Use the Software on an unlimited number of computers or computer nodes of a cluster located at the Designated Site, provided that only one computer/node is in use at any one time.

  • Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Nokia hereby grants to Licensee, during the term of the Agreement, a limited personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, license to use the Licensed Software on the number of Licensed OZO Live Servers (each owned or controlled by Licensee) identified in the sales order form or similar ordering document as a Single-Node License or Multi-Node License for the sole purpose of broadcasting live Content.
