Single-occupancy room definition
Single-occupancy room means any room, which the owner has leased or rented, or in any way offered to lease or rent, to a sole individual;
Single-occupancy room means any room which the owner has leased or rented or offered to lease or rent to a sole individual; provided the owner permanently occupies living quarters in the same dwelling.
Single-occupancy room means, in the case of a resident room, a space within a building for one resident which is enclosed by walls to the ceiling or deck above.

Single-occupancy room means a room which has walls on all sides (excluding the room entrance) of a minimum of seven (7) feet high that has an x-ray attenuation (for the x-ray beam in use at the facility) equivalent to at least two (2) thicknesses of one-half inches of gypsum wallboard which is occupied by one individual at a time. This only applies to rooms with dental intraoral or panoramic machines.
