SIP Committee definition

SIP Committee means the persons who have been delegated certain authority under the Plan by the Committee.
SIP Committee means the Incentive Compensation Subcommittee of the Nominations and Compensation Committee of Travelers, or such other committee that may, from time to time, have the power and authority to grant awards under SIP to Section 16(a) Persons.
SIP Committee means the committee authorized to administer the Stock Incentive Plan.

Examples of SIP Committee in a sentence

  • Any participation on a SIP Committee shall be voluntary unless it occurs during the regularly scheduled work day.

  • The participation or lack of participation of an employee or group of employees on a SIP Committee shall not be noted or considered in the Employer’s employment decisions, including but not limited to evaluation, assignment, extra duty assignment, conference attendance, promotion, discipline or discharge of any employee.

  • No SIP Committee shall engage in collective bargaining or have the authority to address employment matters.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
