Sister Companies definition

Sister Companies means Proteus 8 Limited incorporated in Liberia with registration number C-116228, Summery Seaways Limited incorporated in Liberia with registration number C-115792 and Eagle Seaways Inc. incorporated in Liberia with registration number C-115873;
Sister Companies means two or more subsidiaries whose parent companies are the same company, regardless of the level of such subsidiary

  • The equity interests set forth in Section 3.04 of the Disclosure Schedule constitute all the issued and outstanding equity interests in the Subsidiaries and are owned of record and beneficially, directly or indirectly, solely by the Company and/or the Sister Companies, free and clear of all Encumbrances.

  • In case the Prospective Bidder, or if the Prospective Bidder is a Consortium, the relevant Consortium Member, includes evidence of projects undertaken by one or several Sister Companies, it shall explain how in effect the experience of a Sister Company may benefit the future Project Company.

Related to Sister Companies

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

In the event of a merger of a Peer Company with an entity that is not a Peer Company, or the acquisition or business combination transaction by or with a Peer Company, or with an entity that is not a Peer Company, in each case, where the Peer Company is the surviving entity and remains publicly traded, the surviving entity shall remain a Peer Company. In the event of a merger or acquisition or business combination transaction of a Peer Company by or with an entity that is not a Peer Company, a “going private” transaction involving a Peer Company or the liquidation of a Peer Company, where the Peer Company is not the surviving entity or is otherwise no longer publicly traded, the company shall no longer be a Peer Company. In the event of a bankruptcy of a Peer Company, such company shall remain a Peer Company.

  • Member Company means a “service recipient” as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h)(3).

  • Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any equity or other ownership interest.

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Holding Companies means, collectively, the Company and Holdings, and each is a “Holding Company”.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
